Guest guest
Hello everyone, I'm back. Been laid low, no not by the Total Body Cleanse, but by the virus bug on the computer. In spite of it all, (I haveterrible computer withdrawal symptoms when I don't have my computer - terrible thing to see and experience!) I managed to stay on the cleansing program. Here's what I've noticed. As far as the bowels, I thought adding the Herbal Cleanse #2 would produce a different type of bowel movement, but it didn't change anything until last night and today. Last night and today my bowel movements have been real thick and tarry black looking (a good sign, I hope). Other than that, I haven't noticed any other differences. Except that my memory/cognitive abilities are returning (I can finally remember where I left the car keys!). And although I haven't noticed it, my energy level has been steadily rising. The only way I know that is because my best friend in the whole world keeps asking were am I getting all the energy to keep going from early morning to nighttime? I used to need 3 and 4 hour naps on weekends, but not any more. My outlook has improved as well. My kids say that I seem a lot calmer (I managed not to kill them when they broke some of my best china this week - I'm counting the days until school starts, believe me!) and my eyes aren't red-rimmed anymore. But... I looked at the plan for next week and the fourth week and I have a few questions. My whole reason for doing this was to lose some weight before I go on a cruise in October. Actually, I was on the Atkins diet (the organic version) and lost an initial 20 lbs. in May and June and then hit a plateau. I thought that if I did the cleanse, it might unstop the stoppages and allow me to continue to lose some weight. That hasn't happened. Yet. (I live in eternal hope, though). I still weigh the same as I did before starting the cleanse. Does anyone know if that will change? Will I begin to lose some weight? If not (and believe me, I'm feeling so good, it's ok), what program should I go on after the cleanse to be able to lose some weight. I could lie and say I need to lose about 20 lbs., but 60 is more like it. In any event, anyone have any ideas? Sheila
Guest guest
Stick with the diet on my cassette lecture and stay away from all sugars, and grains that have not been sprouted. Make sure all your food is one hundred percent "organic" and get that exercise program going. Rebounding and running are the best.
