Guest guest
I've heard this several times now (injesting poison ivy leaves for immunity) in the discussion of poison ivy, that comes up every so often. Please do not injest poison ivy leaves!! No one knows for sure weather or not they have a sensitivity to the plant, and injesting the plant can cause you to have a swelling shut of your airway. I can't imagine anyone writing an article suggesting such a thing, knowing that people will go out and try this. This is Russian Roulette. An Echinacea salve is good for rashes, so is good old lye soap. Be Safe, Kathe
