Guest guest
Thanks, Doc. I'm already doing the running, sort of. I go to the gym, start on the treadmill and every three minutes that I walk, I run for one to two minutes. That way I get a minute to catch my breath. I've noticed, though, that since I started the body cleanse, I seem to sweat more down between my shoulder blades and on the inside of my elbows than anywhere else. Wierd, huh? As far as the diet on the tape, okay, I'll do it, except that I am getting REALLY sick of salads, and tomatoes especially. I never liked them before, but I figured I could choke them down during the cleanse, but do I hafta eat them afterwards? Also, I noticed from my jewelry that my skin is still real acid - my jewelry turns green when I wear any on my wrist. I never did that before the Atkins diet and I kinda expected it to switch to alkaline on the cleanse, but it hasn't. Is that good or not so good? Guest guest
You're welcome Sheila ;o) Excellent on "running sort of" LOL. It's not that weird with the extra sweating. Your pores are openning up and this elimination organ (your skin) is now functioning better. This is also an indicator that your kidneys are functioning better. Keep up with the running and try to do a little more each day. Remember to drink lots of distilled water. I run 4 to 6 miles a day, and immediately afterwards drink a full quart of distilled water. This helps to flush the system, and keep it well lubricated. As far as the diet is concerned, it is OK to go back to the meats on a gradual basis, as long as they are 100% CERTIFIED ORGANIC. Don't fall for the "All Natural" or "Range Free" labels. These can very often be misleading. I once spoke confidentially with a butcher in an all natural meat market who fessed up that his meat was irradiated and that it was legal for him to do so. Stay with those magic two words ;o) Remember to stay away from grains, seeds, nuts, beans and their subproducts that are not "sprouted". Those enzyme inhibitors will get you back into a terrible shape. If your skin and system is still too acid, you are not taking enough Panther Piss. Up your dosage to 3 or 4 tablespoons a day if you have to. Remember that the Atkins diet will tend to make your system "acid", and also the fact that it took a while to get yourself into a bad condition. Just keep up with the diet and try to eat your salads (get creative with these - you don't have to use tomatoes , before your main course at dinner time. You'll do fine. Love, Doc PS. And stay away from that sugar LOL ;o) Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D.505-772-5889Dr.IanShillington - Sheila Burson herbal remedies Thursday, August 14, 2003 8:37 PM Re: [herbal remedies] Total Body Cleanse, Week Two, Days 2-6 and on to Day 7 Thanks, Doc.
