Guest guest
Dear All, The following / attached is very graphic, and is not for those with weak stomachs. If you are grossed out easily, do not read or look at the pics. The purpose of the post is to show the dangers of being bitten by a Brown Recluse Spider that is sometimes known as a "Fiddle Back" due to the shape of its head and back. As far as I know this is the most dangerous of all insect bites even overshadowing the Black Widow. The immediate handling is to apply a poultice made with the Total Draw Poultice Powder (recipe in the Files) that has been mixed with DMSO and ACV. Internally, taking a dropperful each of Echinacea and Total Tonic Tinctures every waking hour for 72 hours would ensure the handling from the inside of the body. There have been known cases where these bites have resulted in gangarene after two years have gone by after such a bite and in some of these cases, showing up on the opposite side of the body. This is nothing to fool with, but can be handled if you are willing to confront it. Guest guest
Definitely want to get him on lots of garlic. And Echinacea also if you can. Love, Doc Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D.505-772-5889Dr.IanShillington - Janet Seidlitz herbal remedies Friday, August 15, 2003 5:12 PM Re: [herbal remedies] Brown Recluse Spider - Sometimes known as a "Fiddle Back" Doc, I am taking the kids down to California to see my mom and sister and brother and their kids in 1 week. My 4 almost 5 year old nephew got bit by a recluse 1 month ago. Mom took him right over to the naturopath, who squeezed as much poison as she could out and gave Mom a salve to use on it. He seems to be fine now. Is there anything more I should check for with him? Janet
