Guest guest
I think you may have a boil...they are ferociously painful and hard to get rid of...and very hard to 'mash' or get anything out of... My husband got one on the inside of his leg once and he couldn't hardly walk for his legs brushing together. This is what I did... I poked a few holes in it, but didn't try to mash on it...then, I cracked an egg and took a piece of that skin (that's right between the egg and shell) and put it on the boil, wet side to skin. Then, I put one layer of gauze on it and taped around the sides of the gauze to keep it in place. You want the egg skin to be able to dry, as it dries, it will pull the junk out of the boil or at least to a head then you can pop it... Leave it on at least over night. And, you may have to do this a couple of times to get all the stuff out or to get it to a head... When you are satisfied that you've got the core or root, or what ever you call it...then start putting some vit E or something on it to help it heal. I'd still take some TT and maybe even put some right on the boil... A bunch of Epsom salts (to clean out toxins) in a good old hot, hot bath (to open up pores) may help also. Of coarse, sit in the tub with your legs open so the water can get to the boil. Let us know how it goes, what ever you try. Thanks, Angel P.S. If you do get it lanced, Don (on this list) can give you a recipe for some stuff that will pull any infection out as it heals lickety split. It's the stuff he gave me to put on Wayne's finger when he cut part of it all the way off. I'm very sorry, but I have so many herbs and powders around here now, I can't remember what they were...But, Wayne's finger has no scar, it looks like he was born without a finger nail, and he cut his middle finger on his left hand up past the finger nail, all the way off. All incoming and outgoing scanned with NAV (and now AVG) for both our protection.
