Preparing: Kombucha

I used just tap water and brown sugar instead of white sugar, used Lipton

tea bags, let it sit in a Pyrex bowl (the kind that has a handle and spout

for pouring) with cheesecloth on top to keep dust, bugs, etc. out, but it

still worked, the mushroom would grow and I felt more energetic.

 

Yes, I'd filter it, too, before drinking....
