Thanks for all that info Elizebeth. I do juice, every morning, and I

juice what you recommended plus more. It's not jaundice, I've seen

jaundice in the eyes before. The actual tissue buildup area, I've touched

it (not w/ my fingers) to see just how severe it is and it is quite built

up. Like a fatty area that is more pinkish w/ alittle yellowing but just a

tinch. I did, about a year ago have a terrible bout with dry eyes which I

fixed by adding fish oil to my diet. Up until last Thursday I was in front

of a computer (not LCD) monitor for 4 years, but I just quit that job, so

I am hoping that since I no longer do that I have prevented anymore damage.

I use to and still do love the sun, and I see other folks with the same

stuff in there eyes as me, that is why I asked you'all to take a peak at

your eyes, as a kind of Poll to get some more feedback. So, hey everyone

your assignment is to look closely at your eyes tonight before bed. K?

I am thinking it's somewhat normal, but regardless I want to get rid of it,

I find it very unattractive and just doesn't look right, or that it needs

to be there. I'm not overweight by any means so I don't think it is excess

fat storage area LOL!!!

No, you can not make your own hydrosol they are a by product of

essential oil steam distillation- the distillate. They are very

reasonable to buy. Buy the best quality you can find. Bilberry should be

ingested- hydrosol used topically.

Bilberries are not made into essential oils and therefor no hydrosols

exist. Its like a blueberry- small, round and dark. Use vitamin E in

conjunction with it for your eyes.

Use 250 mg per day to protect your vision.

Good luck!

Yes you can make your own hydrosol. Made one two

weeks ago. A Lavender hydrosol. Works with fresh

herbs. You need a large canning type pot. Put a

brick in the bottom of the canning pot. Fill water to

almost the top of the brick. Put about 5 handfuls of

herb in the water. Put a stainless steel/ceramic bowl

on top of the brick to catch the hydrosol. put the

lid on upside down. Put icecubes in the upside down

lid. Takes about 3 tray of ice cubes. This depends

on the size of the lid. Bring to a boil. Let simmer

until the ice is melted. You are making a still. The

water is caught in the bowl under the lid. The

lavender hydrosol is very nice.
