Guest guest
Make a very strong tea and add to massaging oil, apply with very gentle upward strokes..... or just soak the feet in the tea. Add the ginger to food, it is a seasoning.. mjh Thu, 22 Dec 2005 16:12:27 -0000 " buffywonder1 " <buffywonder Re: diabetic skin (feet, legs) MJH< I'm going to show my ignorance here, but how would you use these herbs on the outside? I've seen these herbs in capsule form, but not infused, in tinctures, or liquid form. Also, I'm aware that ginger can be troublesome to the stomach (a home made tea or capsules and sensitive stomach)if taken internally.
