I urge everyone to email these Senators (copy and paste email address in your email program) or call them. If one Senator who voted against it, will now vote for it, it would go to the House and Gov. Bush has said he will immediately sign it and take custody of Terri. The 11th. circuit turned her case down.

You can save Terri - Please!!!

Most of you are lawyers, if not all of you, and know that Michael's illegal hearsay of his wife's questionable wish to die is not admissible in a court of law.

It's not only your responsibility, but your duty in Terri's factitious and farcical case, presented in the bias media for the "Culture of Death" group. The whole situation is just absolutely so horrifically barbaric and untenable. This can be legally murder, just on someone's "illegal" hear-say, who has a motive to kill you as stated in the Nurses sworn affidavits, which were thrown out by Judge Greer. AG Mr. Crist said "No little judge is going to usurp the power of Congress!"

Judge Greer should not be allowed to dictate to the Florida legislator either. You can enforce current existing laws which prohibit Euthanasia in Florida.

You have not only the means and the ability to save her life, but the affirmative duty to do so. Right now, they have hidden behind the thin veil that, as executives, they are subject to the opinions of judges which they call the "rule of law" when it's convenient for them to do so. But the opinions of a state or federal judge are not the rule of law. They are merely opinions.

The US Congress did put in words "de novo" into the legislation, so that the federal courts would not be bound by anything the state courts in Florida had done, and all the affidavits would be investigated again, and she needed her tube replace to continue litigation.

According to CNN, now bomb threats have been made at the Woodside Hospice if Terri dies. This is a horrific and very objectionable to me. I am a non-violent retired person, and don't believe in killing anyone for any reason. Violence never solves anything. But now, it doesn't just involve Terri anymore, but it could injure or kill 70 other innocent Floridians to whom you must answer, were that would happen. -- It would be a holocaust. These people are very emotional charged and not thinking clearly, but the least thing may set them off.

I'm sure it's not a coincidence, that in listing the various Senate signatories, you were careful to remove any indication of their political affiliation; absolutely essential, since the routine act of listing them as the Republicans that they are, would give away the devastating cyncism behind all these posturings. The question is, are Republicans more "compassionate" than Democrats (a laughable notion, when nearly everyone knows that the opposite is the case)? Or, are Republicans vastly more likely to use the Schiavo story to advance their fanatical lust for power.
