Guest guest
Year or two ago, my breathing suddenly got very difficult, undoubtedly triggered by a big emotional strain. I had been eating lots of junk food, too, that I hadn't eaten for years. Finally went to the MD, but wasn't having any trouble at that moment, and he acted like I was a hypochondriac or something. Read about magnesium; took 8 pills of it in the middle of a pretty intense attack, and an hour or less later, my breathing suddenly got so easy that I sort of hyperventilated. Kept taking magnesium for months, and it would keep the edge off the wheezing. Then I read about coffee enemas, for something else, and did one two days in a row. Not long after the second one, it occurred to me that my breathing was effortless, like it hadn't been for a long, long time. Sweet, sweet air! That effect lasted for a couple months, then when my breathing got tight again, did another coffee enema, and it's good again. My digestion is all screwed up, and maybe it all goes back to a congested liver or something. I've got to lay off the junk food for good, or I'm afraid I'll end up with *real problems, but it sure is nice to be able to breathe effortlessly.
