Sinus problems w/ bad breath-can anyone recommend anything?

Could anyone recommend a cure for a daughter with sever sinus problems and its caused her to have really offensive bad breath.

I have sinus problems and I use to have bad breath and my husband would complain all the time about it. I read a magazine article about yogurt and it said it was suppose help bad breath becasue of the good bacteria in it. Since I have been having yogurt every day for a while I asked my husband if he had noticed bad breath lately and he said no.

I just have plain full fat yogurt with my cereal each morning and that seems to be enough to keep the bad breath.

AS far as sinus congestion fenugreek is good but with all that plant estrogene I don't take it. I just take OTC remedies to try to keep them clear.Incredible Marilyn <tripplechocolate2000 wrote:

That sounds easy. I'll buy her plenty of yogurt today. Thanks for the advice. She does have an appointment with an ENT doctor on the 11th. I am no longer going to let him prescribe the medications. Its ridiculous.....she's alreay on 2 allergy medicines and some more crap and she's only 11. I have had it! She also need her tonsils and adnoids removed.Cindy Oakes <pgmr_64804 wrote:
