Channing: The first thing you should do is get some Celtic Sea Salt (it's difficult to find, but it has 84 essential minerals and iodine), most sea salts do not have iodine. It doesn't taste ANYTHING like Table Salt, it's completely different - it's good for your body, and your body WILL CRAVE for it, trust me! Drink your water with few crystals of sea salt and a few slices of lemon, I put these both in my water bottles everyday. You have to change the lemon slices once a day, and you'll just know when you need to add salt or more water. I have red irritated skin from a yeast overgrowth, and severe dry skin. When I started drinking this electrolyte balance drink again (also good for digestion) my skin would clear up and go from feeling like sandpaper to silk and radiant, only I MUST drink a few bottles (at least) everysingle day! I also stopped using soap, and

that really helped my dryness and flaky skin. I was using "Almond Oil" as a moisturizer after washing my face with natural soaps, and both were aggravating my skin. I didn't really believe that until I stopped using soap. I still use soap on my body in the shower (which I'am positive is why I have itchy skin) but no question about it I would never use soap on my face. It still gets extremely irritated when for example I sleep all day and a member of my family shuts my door as soon as he gets up, and I can't open it until I wake up and see the door shut AGAIN, so the air will have some effect on your skin. Everything that goes into your skin goes into your organs, your skin is the biggest organ you have and something you eat or something your exposed to in the air is trying to come out of your body through your skin. If you live in social housing or in co-op's most likely this would be the cause, because so so many people get

deathly ill in those places... If your able to, try out an Infared Sauna, at some places they offer a promotional try one session, get one free. It's heat's your body from the inside and isn't hot like the regular gym sauna's. You definately will experince some change after one session, and the hives will probably still be there until you figure out what this is causing it. Can you see a Environmental and Nutritional M.D. in your area? I'd recommend the book by Sherry A. Rogers called "Detox or Die", it's easy reading, and easy to understand, and you'll get more education than what most doctors know by reading it. Janice.
