I personally feel that there is a lot left off on Dr. Mercola's site

when it comes to the EFT manual. I think it is better to download the

EFT manual from Gary Craig's site and read through it. Dr. Mercola

does not include all the tap points, the Setup nor the Gamut, which I

think it is very important to know about, whether you wind up needing

to use them or not - 40% need setup and 30% need Gamut (according to

Gary). I have had people follow the directions at Mercola's site and

feel like EFT did nothing for them, then find that they had the

Psychological Reversal, and running the entire Basic Recipe made a

huge difference. So, I always will make sure I teach people the

entire technique so they are aware that they may need to expand to it

if they are not seeing improvement using just the points Mercola uses.

Mercola also does not describe how to use numbers to see how you are

progressing with the affirmations on the EFT and if you need to

address a different aspect of the problem.
