Guest guest
So I got my bloodtest results back today and they daid my cholestorol is too high. Any ideas on how to lower that. What should I be eating? Also on a side note. What kind of bath products-oils-bubble bath would you recomend for a woman who really wants to take buble baths but who's genital area is extremely sensitive, so much so that she uses dove and unscented laundry detergent. Thanks Liz
Guest guest
Mine was 310 a number of years ago. It dropped to 167 and remains there with a very simple regime:500mg Niacin three times a day (now I use 200 twice a day). Be prepared to flush (and yeah I though " flush " was a misnomer and a considerable understatement the first time I took this); two or three cloves of garlic daily;a low fat high fiber diet(little or no meat, tons of green veggies and legumes, some carbs; periodic fasting and occasional cleansing. It became a lifestyle that I truly enjoy- the diet. Now I actually just dont like greasy fat meat dishes anymore, and avoid them by happy choice. Oatmeal and grapefruit for lunch was a help too.)
