Guest guest
Hi Group, After reading about milk, I certainly won't drink any again. I do, however, enjoy yogurt every day and think the acidophilus is beneficial. Soooo, after, also hearing about the negatives of soy, I have to wonder, which is better...soy yogurt or organic milk yogurt? Any thoughts? Guest guest
You're sure to get differing opinions on this topic! We have a local source of kefir made from biodynamic milk. I don't eat it too often, but I'd choose that any day over a processed 'newfangled' soy product with added culture. In this regard, I'm following the Weston A. Price Foundation's view. I avoid cow's milk and eat very little cheese ... Ulrike ---- Hi Group, After reading about milk, I certainly won't drink any again.
