Hi Group,

After reading about milk, I certainly won't drink any again. I do,

however, enjoy yogurt every day and think the acidophilus is

beneficial. Soooo, after, also hearing about the negatives of soy, I

have to wonder, which is better...soy yogurt or organic milk yogurt?

Any thoughts?

You're sure to get differing opinions on this topic!

We have a local source of kefir made from biodynamic milk. I don't eat it

too often, but I'd choose that any day over a processed 'newfangled' soy

product with added culture. In this regard, I'm following the Weston A.

Price Foundation's view.

What about goats milk yoghurt? We personally make kefir with raw goats milk

which I think is good for us. I avoid cow's milk and eat very little cheese
