ph diet or herbs and type 2

Anyone have insight into the ph diet? It seems interesting to me.

Also what about eating habits that promote pancreatic health or herbs

like juniper berry, parsley, ginger, uva ursi, marshmallow,

goldenseal?

 

I'm newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic. I'm on 2 tablets of metformin a

day and I'm down to 25% body fat and working at getting it down

further. I've incorporated flax seeds into my diet also.
