In the fifth century Before Christ, Hippocrates said, " Leave your

drugs in the chemist's pot if you can heal the patient with food. "

 

Can somebody verify that this quote is by Hippocrates, with links or

references if possible.

I don't think this is Hippocrates. Chemist's didn't come about for a

centuries after apothacaries which were centuries after him.
