You do the same thing I do which is write and don't take time to proof.

Was Steven Ames the abused or the abusor?

I didn't get the attachment and my computer doesn't open attachments.

Also, did anyone get that post I sent out about the man who was committed in

S.D.(?) in Fall 2004. My computer froze up and I lost all the inbox

messages.

With Bush's " New Freedom " in " Mental Health " funding approved by Congress

for COMPULSORY MENTAL HEALTH SCREENINGS OF ALL AMERICANS

each of you needs to pick up the phone early Monday morning and

call your Congressional and State Representatives & Senators,

procure their fax numbers and start faxing your opposition

to compulsory mental health screenings every day until you get a response.

If you dont' already have the capacity to send faxes, get your

electronic Homeland security equipement prepared. Faxing to politicians

is the most effective means of communicating with them with as little time

lost form your life as possible using up their ink and paper until you get a

response.

We must not idly continue to allow this to become more and more prelevant

without resisting it immediately. The longer we wait the worse it get. First

they came for the ________, the they came for ________ and then they may

come for YOU.

Dear glkbreeze,

Thank you for your supportive comments. I understand the political climate

in which we are nos suppressed and that I would be better off quietly

accepting violations of my family's constitutional and civil rights.

However

I have been very public about the outrageous use of psychiatric commitment

for the purpose of suppressing political whistleblowing. We must all be

willing to pay the price of those who have goine before us for the liberty

bequeathed to us so that those that come after us can inherit as much

freedom as is still left to preserve. It is imperative for all to realize

that this is not someone else's problem. It is everyone's problem. Abusing

laws that were intended to protect the well being and rights of the

mentally

unsound to violate the rights of the mentally sound circumvents our

constitutional right against seizure unless an oath can be sworn for our

arrest for commiting a crime.We must sound the alarm against the upcoming

planned assults against our rights and take measures to protect your

families and your assets as though you had been informed that there was a

hurricane in the forcast and your lives would be endangered. YOUR state

legislators must be contacted immediately to discourage them from

accepting

2004. The long post is only the tip of the iceberg of this story which I

call Medicare Ma Ma's Probate Purgatory, The Judges of Madison County. It

looks like I have be accepted as a contributing writer on a writer's

website and will be posting the entire story as I have time at that site

in

addition to posting relevant health news. Thank you again for your

insightful understanding as the uneducated obsever will be pulled into the

smear that someone whom a Judge tried to seize for involuntary psychaitric

commitment surely must have a mental problem. If they can come to try to

pick me up successully terrorizing me out of my inheritance, rights of

administration, property and constitutional and civil rights, they CAN do

it

to you. Those that are not numbed down without reacting in digust to being

suppressed and exhibiting normal emotions are considered a problem. With

the

advent of the implantable Verichip and the internal pump for application

of

antidepressents into the brain, expensive in-patient involuntarily

psychiatric commitment is no longer necessary to accomplish the mind and

behavior control researched in the 50's & 60's in MKUltra. If any of you

read news articles that mention " mental health " regarding homocides,

suicides, domestic violence, agressive behavior, etc., please forward them

to me. You may also wish to join SSRI-Crusanders especially if

you

have noticed that you are having side effects from psychiatric medications

and the withdrawal symptoms (discontinuation they call it) have deterred

you

from discontinuing (I am not advising anyone to get of their medications

but

if you have decided on your own this is where you can get help doing so as

you will probably not be able to find a doctor that will help you not be a

patient for the rest of your life when the withdrawal symptoms are blamed

on

the patient as the " progress of the disease " . ).

What drugs was she forced to take?

Where is her guardian ad litem that was supposed to be

" representing her interests " ?

I do not know how it works in N.Y. and hopefully some reading this will

research the commitment laws in N.Y. and post them here. It's important to

read these laws to see the exact difinition of " mental illness " .Here are

some suggestions I have for Bliss:

1. File a complaint against the Psychiatrist that signed the commitment

with

NYBME.

2. There was probably a psychologist from the local Mental Health Center

testifying against her at the commitment hearing. File a complaint against

his licening board.

3. I don't know if a probate judge does the commitments in N.Y. In Alabama

the Probate Judge doesn't have to be an attorney. File a complaint against

Judicial Inquiry Commission.

4. Most state allow 72 " obversation " -File a complaint against the hospital

whereever the are licensed.

5. The psychiatric institution is probably regulated by the State Dept. of

Mental Health which is who she was committed to. File a complaint with the

Governor who appointed the Commissioner.

6. If you are in N.Y. you need to be in your state legislature frequently

objecting to this psychiatric abuse. Get to know the media at your State

Capitol.

7. In Alabama the Probate Jduge has a bond. She needs an attorney to file

suit for civil rights violation in depriveing her of her liberty. Posting

signs on a car is not a threat to life or health.

8. If you life in Albany, does your City Council allow free speech from

the

audience?

On TV?

9. County Commission probably funds local Mental Health Center.

10. Who was the attorney that prepared the petition?

Was that an attorney in the Albany POlice Department?

11. That Chief of Police needs to be put on adminstrative leave.

Protestors need to be holding a viligance peaceful protest " FREE

BLISS "

with good signed for the media until she is free and he is gone..

12. Someone needs to get the phone and fax numbers for all of the above

and

post them on this site. When the City Council, County Commission, Mayor,

Police, Mental Health Dept. and Governor's office can't get anything else

done but answer the phone and refill their fax machines and the

administrative staff is not in a very good mood when their bosses return

to

the office, Bliss will be released.

Dr. Lance's recent lengthy post (December 18, 2004

Alternative Medicine Forum)re: governmental abuse to

silence and control its citizens contains a great deal

of valuable information and is worth the read.

A large number of governmental officials participated

in depriving Dr. Lance of her inheritance and even

threatening to have her locked up in a mental

hospital. She had been active in her community, run

for office, and opposed the unconstitutional

fingerprinting required by her state to get a driver's

license. (Some states started implementing the

National ID requirements years ago, hers one of the

first in 1995.)

Dr. Lance naively believed that her public officials

would come to her defense and protect her rights.

Instead, they basically ganged up on her and tried to

ruin her. Thanks to her wits, she managed to stay out

of a psychiatric institution, but she now lives in

psychological terror since she is smart enough and

educated enough the government has now created a paper

trail that could be used to lock her up in the future.

 

 

Dr. Lance's letter references another " rebellious "

educated woman, Bliss Alexander, who complained to her

Attorney General's Office about her car being

illegally towed from private property and the police

chief threatening her rather than correcting the

abuse. After she filed a complaint with the Attorney

General's Office about the threats, Bliss Alexander, a

constitutional expert, was arrested locked up, and

drugged for several months in a psychiatric. She was

administered 17 different psychotropic drugs, which

could have killed her.

Some of the parts of Ms. Alexander's story would be

funny if the whole thing were not so serious and

diabolical.

The officers who came to take her away to the mental

hospital had her name and birth date wrong. When Ms.

Alexander refused to acknowledge that she was that

person, this was used this as further proof of her

" insanity. " When she took advantage of her Miranda

Rights, it was suggested she was paranoid. When she

said she did not understand why she was being

arrested, it was suggested she was mentally

incompetent and " incapacitated. " She was also

described as " angry and defiant. " These are important

code words for " mentally ill. " Government workers are

taught that negative emotions are a mental illness.

Very dangerous to be angry or defiant when you are

communicating with the government. The entire article

Another bureaucratic trick used against Ms. Alexander

was misrepresenting what happened. Ms. Alexander was

protesting some licensing requirements and had a fake

cardboard driver's' license plate on her car. The

report said that her towed car had been parked on the

street when, in fact, it was witnessed parked on

private property.

 

The beauty of charging a complainer with mental

illness, once you rough them up, frighten and

humiliate them they really do look and act crazy! It

works every time! When they are hauled screaming and

yelling for help into the nearest psyche ward, the

nurse and doctors on staff yawn, " Just another crazy

kook who thinks the government is after him. "

Dear Dr. Lance,

I agree, faxing really speaks government’s language

and wins their respect.

But now with the new definition of terrorist, people

are being charged by Homeland Security for complaining

too much.

I would send one fax and leave it at that. We have to

be very careful with the manner in which we

communicate with government.

At any rate, Congress doesn’t care. They received 2

million calls over the New Freedom Initiative. Yawn.

It’s a new paradigm. We are now under the control of

the New World Order and international agreements,

committees. Our opinion is no longer needed or

desired.

 

Others in Europe and other Western Countries such as

Australia are finding out the same thing. A reported

million people signed petitions against the dietary

restrictions being proposed for the EU, but it didn’t

have any effect on the unelected committees who

decided the dietary rules for the World Health

Organization. We are all supposed to “harmonize” to

the same law—we agreed to by international treaty. A

few appointed officials will decide this for us. Our

elected officials seem to be going along with whatever

is proposed.

 

Something has changed, but the government doesn’t

want to stir up opposition. They are slipping the new

laws in quietly; getting everything in place to

control anyone who tries to oppose their future plans,

probably ones like confiscating guns, for example.

(Just a guess) The National ID will snare every single

person under one net of control unless they choose to

opt out and not drive, fly, travel, work, etc.

Computers are already in place to show any police

warrants a person has if his driver’s license is

swiped to buy alcohol or cigarettes. The New National

ID is expected to be used for a national sales tax, so

it will be required each time you purchase anything.

That means if you are wanted, you will be stopped the

first time you buy something, or you will not be able

to buy anything.

Forced psychological testing will allow the

government to spy on each family and seize the

children of anyone who shows “a defiant attitude” i.e.

is “mentally ill

 

As for the “mentally ill”, those who truly cannot

function do need some helping hand. What is apparent

in the diagnosis of mental illness is that there is a

culture of lying in government. We all understand that

a severely mentally ill person needs help and

protection, but there are just too many cases of

workers stretching the truth and outright lie when

they know they are doing it, just to give someone they

don’t like a black eye.

The one truly stigmatizing mental illness is the

government. Part of this is the understanding that

“mental illness” is often just someone who is an

unhappy governmental customer. This must stop. The

problem is lying and conning is part of the

governmental culture and serves their purposes. Those

best at it often get the promotions.

 

This is my image of government: a naughty cat that is

playfully batting at a little mouse, It wants to eat

that mouse, but doesn’t want to get caught by Mommy.

When Mommy comes in the room, it acts innocent and

rubs itself innocently against Mommy’s leg, but if

Mommy is not there, it grabs the mouse and eats it.

Yum!

So basically, you don’t want the government to get you

isolated. For example, list 5 or 6 people as

emergency contacts when you register at the hospital.

The lone wolf is far more likely to be victimized or

used for experimentation. (I am told.) A good idea is

to publish a paper of every detail of a story, such as

the Bliss Alexander story. Also, if you are forced

into court and have no representation, at least you

can file a document with the court telling your story

in detail. Write the judge a letter and file it with

the court. It will be there as a public record. When

the light shines on them, they become the most

likeable and service-oriented people you will ever

meet. They want the mousie but are not going to chase

all over town to catch it, get their fur all messy and

make Mommy mad.
