Does hospitalized political activist Von Lindahl have a MEDICAL POWER OF

ATTORNEY AND POWER OF ATTORNEY signed with notary and 2 witnesses. If not, who

would have the right to get copies of his medical records if the Judge mandating

him into court in poor health and intemperante weather causes continued

deterioration of his health and possible death defying the doctors orders that

his health would be endangered by the judge requiring him to come to court?

If you think HIPPA was about protecting YOUR privacy, then I'm sure you believe

that Bush's compusory mental health screening is for " New Freedom " for your

" Mental Health " .

SOMEBODY needs to be VERY sure someone is with him at the hospital at ALL times
