Dear Pamela,

I want to thank you personally for forwarding this petition to investigate

Eli Lilly for knowing the drugs they produce cause their " consumers " to

commit suicide and have " discontinuation syndrome " . Prozac was one of the

many ineffective iatrogenic experimental psychiatric drug combinations that

were prescibed to to my Mother, Alma Virginia Sanders, by psychiatrists of

the Madison County Alabama Mental Health Center and Madison County Medical

Association when she just went for counseling after her Gynocologist first

got her hooked on Paxil from GlaxoSmithKline. She was assured the drugs were

not addictive. When she exhibited what I now know were withdrawal symptoms

when I showed her the side effects in the PDR and she wrote the doctors that

she wanted to get off the drugs they blamed it on her as the " progress of

the disease " .

 

Glaxo Smith Kline is now being sued by a full time Brain injuried woman in

Colorado who once had a life as a movie producer and is now on full time

mental disability.

 

Why don't the state governments demand that the drug manufactures that have

caused citizens to become dependent upon the taxpayers because of the side

effects of the drugs sue the drug manufacturers and let them pay for their

damages instead of expecting the taxpayers to do so while Congress

contemplates tort reform to discourage drug manufacturers from eing

responsible for the effects of their drugs? States have been granted

billions of dollars from the cigarette manufacturers. Why not the iatrogenic

psychaitric drug manufacturers.

And if it is shown that these CEO's, FSO's, etc. knew these drugs would

cause their " consumers " to die, why shouldn't they be prosecuted for

pre-mediated murder? Martha Steward served time for a much less offense that

canculated death and disability of their addicted " consumers " .

 

Tomorrow would have been Alma Virginia Sanders' 78th birthday if I'd not

found her with

3 plastic bags over her head and panty hose around her neck under the

influence of psychiatric drugs when I went to get her for lunch February 6,

2002. She finally finding relief from the way those drugs made her feel and

act. She'd stopped taking her cancer medicine for the breast cancer that

could have been caused by psychiatric drugs the previous Spring instead of

jumping off the Tennessee River Bridge as planned. My Mother was not

suicidal before her mind and behavior was altered by the mercenary

medications.

 

Now that Congress has funded Bush's " New Freedom " in " Mental Health " for

COMPULSORY MENTAL HEALTH SCREENINGS of ALL Americans,

the genocidal population control and political suppression invoked against

the populace by drugs approved as " safe " by the FDA of these drugs that

cause suicide, homocide, agressive behavior, intentional destruction of

property, domestic violence, cancer, diabetes, sexual dysfunction, cognitive

and memory impairement, staggering gait, et. ad nauseum is a " threat to the

life and health of every American " . Although the Alabama Department of

Mental Health with Commissioner Kathy Sawyer appointed by former Congressman

Republican Governor Bob Riley, Asst. Commissioner Kim Ingram, Community

Programs Director Molly Brooms, Sr. Advisor John Houston, Advocate Allen

Fortson, and the Sr. Asst. Attorney General for the ADMH/MR have all been

made fully aware of the circumstances that lead up to my Mother's suicide

and are being copied this e-mail inviting their public response, their

response has been to refuse to investigate, violated my constitutional right

to equality and to bring my grievances to their executive board meetings and

violate HIPPA and state statutes mandating the provision of records. The

point I am making here is that the FDA isn't protecting the people from the

drugs and in Alabama specifically it appears that the Commissioner of Mental

Illness who distrubutes over $11,000,000 annually of psychiatric drugs to

the indigent is not documenting the effectiveness of the drugs and refuses

to investigate iatrogenic suicide upon the request of a grieving survivor.

 

Each year with the paradym that a psychiatric patient that is diagnosed as

" mentally ill " is expected to be a " consumer " of psychiatric medications for

the rest of their life regardless of the effectiveness, side effects and/or

withdrawal symptoms with more and more public funds are needed to finance

the social security disabiltiy for the mentally disabled (25% of all

disabilities) , the hospitalizations, in and out patient involutary

psychiatric commitment and, of course, more and more different combinations

of experimental drugs..

 

How can the alleged mentally ill have a quality of life without dependency

on highly expensive and often iatrogenic medications when the FDA continues

to approve known genocidal agents that create " consumers " until they and the

drug do part in death? Only when there is public outcry and your

Congresspersons realize that their power my be unsurped in the next election

by failing to address this issue in the best interests of the public health

will we see a paridym shift in researching medications that actually provide

relief from the symptoms without the expectation that the " consumer " will be

funding one or more of the drug manufacturers that make substantial campaign

contributions to keep Presidents and Congresspersons in office.

 

Psychiatric medications are prescribed based on subjective symptoms of

behavior often failing to order medical tests to ascertiain the etiology of

the complaints.

 

How can a family have proof of the damages that these iatrogenic drugs cause

when a State Department of Mental Health's Commissioner herself allows the

community programs she regulates to violate the civil rights of the

" consumers " whose protection she is purporting to protect to have copies of

their records? With no rights of records, the evidence of the pharmaceutical

genocide is concealed. Commissioner Sawyer with her regulation under the

authority of the Board of Mental Heatlh doesn't want me to communicate with

her regulatory board members by refusing to inform me of her PUBLIC

MEETINGS.

 

I would personally appreciate it if each of you that recieves this e-mail to

please take the time to sign this petition requesting that there be an

investigation into Eli Lilly in honor of Alma Virginia Sanders on the eve of

what would have been her 78th birthday. The family member you save may be

your own.

 

Be wise. Get a Medical Power of Attorney and Authorization to Release signed

by any doctor whom you reimburse for your health care. Have it on file with

any hospital before you would seek care there. Procure the PRD hand-out from

the pharmacist for every drug you consume.

Go with your beloved again parent to all their doctors' offices at least one

so that you are not meeting them for the first time in a time of crisis

without any right to be told about their care with no Authorization to

Release Medical Information.

 

Take measures other than endangering the fruits of your earthly labors with

a Last Will and Testament to a Probate Court.
