Guest guest
I would so appreciate it if anyone could let me know of any remedies that have worked for them. Thanks, Malinda
Guest guest
Malinda, I've used a Homeopathic Belladonna remedy in water- topically flushing out the eye - with great results! Guest guest
I have a few " best things " .. the ABSOLUTE BEST is breastmilk. I've used it on kids and cats alike *laugh* .. HEY IT WORKED!!! Short of that.. I've also used (when i wasn't nursing) black tea as an eye wash and hot compress(with the bags of course) to reduce swelling. And ..of course.. eyebright as a wash.. Keeping hot/warm clean cloths on it a few times a day does wonders due to the fact that the heat kills the bacteria. (I opt to use the black tea bags in this way thus killing two birds with one stone). Again.. I've used this on adults, babies, children, and yes.. cats. *°º°*~Michelle~*°º°*
Guest guest
What I use whenever my children or grandchildren get any eye infection is cold pressed and processed castor oil. It has to be the naturally processed one available in health food stores not the one in the drug stores. I just use it undiluted. It is sticky and will blur the vision for a minute or two, but it always works for me..
