Hello,

It's been a while since I have posted, but I wanted to help with this one. I

recently purchased Organic Valley large brown eggs that has 225mg of Omega 3 in

each egg. Organic Valley's food is very good quality and cost the same as the

other organic products, perhaps you will prefer to get your omega's this way.

I have heard it is not good to take things like oil before going to

sleep, because it can become attached to the lungs.

I am not sure about this, any feedback is welcome. (it was a doctor

into alternative medicine that said this)

Yes, take them with 1 glass water to which you have added 1 teaspoon

apple cider vinegar. You shouldn't burp them up if you do this.

I also had a problem with fish-oil capsules - burping fish all day!

Then I found a brand that works for me - no burping!

Purity Products

Ultra-Pure Omega-3 Fish Oil Soft Gels

I know that every product does not work for every person, but it

might be worth a try...

Good luck!

To use up the caps you already have, try cutting them

with lemon juice or orange juice.

That's how we used to take our Cod Liver Oil as kids.
