Guest guest
Hello, It's been a while since I have posted, but I wanted to help with this one. I recently purchased Organic Valley large brown eggs that has 225mg of Omega 3 in each egg. Organic Valley's food is very good quality and cost the same as the other organic products, perhaps you will prefer to get your omega's this way. Guest guest
I have heard it is not good to take things like oil before going to sleep, because it can become attached to the lungs. I am not sure about this, any feedback is welcome. (it was a doctor into alternative medicine that said this)
Guest guest
Yes, take them with 1 glass water to which you have added 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar. You shouldn't burp them up if you do this. > - > Ann Ford > > Sunday, January 21, 2007 2:39 PM > omega 3 and 6 fish oil gel caps.... too fishy! > > > Hi everyone > i am not a fish person, and recently bought a large bottle of > fish oil gel caps. within a few hours (even if i eat food with the > gel cap) i start burping a fish taste, which i hate... > > any ideas out there to take these gel caps?? > or other ideas to get omega 3 and 6 caps? > > thanks! Guest guest
I also had a problem with fish-oil capsules - burping fish all day! Then I found a brand that works for me - no burping! Purity Products Ultra-Pure Omega-3 Fish Oil Soft Gels I know that every product does not work for every person, but it might be worth a try... Good luck!
