Guest guest
Hello, I am a 38 year old female and have feeling less than healthy the last few years. No real cause I have figured out other than my lifestyle. I really want to make a change and have been reading a lot of things to get me started. My first 2 goals are the most important to me and would like some help with them if anyone has any ideals. STOP SMOKING- Thought this would be easy, but I am having a bad time of it. I am very stressed and moody. I was wondering if there was a natural way to ease the mood swings and stress while I quit. DETOX- I would like to rid my body of all of the trash. I am looking for a safe and some what simple (being new and not knowing much) way to detox and then start getting healthy. Thanks in advance. Guest guest
Una De Gato - Cat's claw is excellent for cravings when you stop smoking. Valerian is good to stay relaxed. Find something to substitute with such as a glass of fresh water everytime you feel the need to light up. Hypnosis or Quantum Biofeedback are excellent sources of help to release the addictions and causes for the need to smoke. Also to help with the side effects of quitting. Detoxing is good I have used and recommend the products from Unicity or Hulda Clarks cleanses on her site. Cleanses are better if you make the lifestyle changes in diet, exersize etc. Jenny Kernan Quantum Biofeedback Therapist --- RSC <croker92 wrote: > Hello, > I am a 38 year old female and have feeling > less than healthy > the last few years. Guest guest
Newbie Sue 21 years ago I quit smoking New Years Eve and not one cigarette since. I did an experiment from what I read in a Chinese Herb book that Mullein helped with asthma and bronchitis. It also said you can either steep it as a tea or smoke (as they do in china) it will help to quit smoking, which it did for me. I put some in a pipe I had every time I wanted a smoke and within week and a half I stopped smoking. Hope this helps. Here are some links for more info. http://www.herbindex.net/mullein.html http://www.herbsmd.com/product/Mullein_Leaf_Tea/7260/Mullein-Leaf-Tea.htm http://herbalmusings.com/Mullein.htm Have a great day.
