He needs to run the mile and a half in 17 min. Right now his time is 20. Anyone have any ideas on how he can train to get those 3 min off his time? Thank You. (She has a mild heart condition and did not want to let that get in the way.) She is an RN but after 10 years switched to being a police officer.and took a cut in pay.
