Guest guest
Isn't there a problem with mercury in farmed fish? Or is it just certain fish? Guest guest
Farmed fish has the same problems as feedlot cattle. At least, the way it is done now. I would love to see organic sustainable fish farming. The safest bet right now is ocean fish from the bottom of the food chain. Sardines canned in spring water are a great buy. Or, skip the middle " men " and get your fish oil where the fish get theirs, from the bottom of the food chain.. Fish oil is concentrated algae oil.
