Guest guest
Shawntaye, depression can be quite serious and it sounds like you are kind of stuck in a cycle of it. Was there particular thing, or string of events that may have precipated this? Prolonged stress can lead to a vicious cycle of thinking/reacting that sometimes we can't pull ourselves out of. Natural products that might help are St. John's wort and Passionflower. Just like " real " drugs, they may take up to six weeks to " kick in. " No product, including real drugs, will just suddenly make you " happy. " What " real " drugs do is help you make a new pattern in your thought process to help you get out of the cycle of how you perceive things. All of it will take some effort on your part. Therefore, you might want to seriously consider seeing a therapist of some sort. If you seek a therapist, do some " interviewing " first to make sure it's a match. This is your life, your feelings - you need to be able to trust whoever guides you. Dede
