Guest guest
Hi all, Last week I suddenly had a bump appear on top of my foot and it was hurting me when I walked. I went to the podiatrist yesterday and he said that this is common; it occurs when 2 bones collide with one another, causing inflammation and sometimes pain- depending on the person. He said that since it hurts me when I walk, I should have surgery to shave off the top of the bone. I feel uncomfortable doing that and was thinking maybe someone knew of a doctor I could see in the northern NJ area that wouldn't immediately jump to the conclusion that I need surgery. I just have a bad feeling that he wants to operate on me when it really isn't necessary. Additionally, if anyone has any ideas for natural stuff I can do, I would be really interested to hear. Thanks for your help, Aliza
