Hi Ann,

I was wondering if you have a list of base oils i could use besides Jojoba

oil. I realize that Jojoba oil is probably the best to use but it's also

quite expensive from what i hear. I purschased some SWEET OIL (Olive Oil

N.F.) whatever that means. I also got some E-OIL 30,000 IU natural. Says i

could use it orally or a topical. I would like to make a recipe with the

ginger root and oil for the scalp/hair which makes the hair grow fast. I

read it on this post afew days ago and decided i wanted to make it for my

friend who's hair grows real slow. If someone could help me with oils that

i could make certain things i would be grateful. I do have tee tree i have

used E-cream and a few drops of tea tree and made a cream for my leg. I

have lymphedema and my lower leg gets really dry. It's a different type of

texture than the normal dry skin. Looks terrible!! I've seen the changes

in my skin which i didn't have prior to getting lymphedema. It was a matter

of time i feel since my operation (ovarian cancer) was 24 years ago. What

triggered what to get lymphedema? I had no idea my lymphe nodes were messed

with back then. No one said a word about it to me and i also recall the

doctor stuffed me with heavy gauze like i had hemmoraged during my operation

After 24 years i get this now. What's it saying to me? The fact they

stuffed me because i was bleeding so much and i'm assuming i don't have some

of my lymphnodes because cancer was present? Another thing...for 24 years

every time i went to the bathroom i would have this fear and would check to

see if i was bleeding. Why would i do this? Could all this tie in the fact

i may have hemmoraged on the operating table. It's all i can come up with.

I actually wasn't curious at all until after all these years i am so tired

of wondering if i'm bleeding after i tinkle. Gee, something is not

right....any help i would appreciate. Thank you much, Carol

Almond oil, olive oil, sesame oil, coconut oil are

some that can be used as a carrier oil.
