Hi, Joannie!

I'm sorry you're feeling so lousy. What brings relief to one person

might not for the next, so I can only share with you my own experiences.

I've been going to chiropractors for 20 years. I also had knee surgery

on Jan. 2 to remove and repair some cartilage in my knee. As we get

older the cartilage in our joints breaks down. The cartilage is what

keeps the bones in our joints from hitting one another -- when it

starts to slowly go away we feel pain.

I read, on this group I believe, about a woman who had knee surgery

similar to mine. And while the horrible pain I had pre-surgery was

gone post-surgery, I still had discomfort that concerned me.

I had been taking the glucosamine and chrondroitin for months and

didn't really feel any different.

Then I read where a woman tried Knox Gelatin -- one packet stirred into

4 ounces of orange juice in the morning -- her pain was gone in 24

hours!

I thought, " What the heck? I'll try it - it's not expensive. " So off

I went to the grocery store. The next morning I drank it -- and the

following morning I woke up with NO PAIN! Unbelieveable! I've been

taking it every morning now for about a month -- and I feel great!

She said one packet a day helps most, but if you're really bad, take it

in the morning and the evening.

By the way, since I started taking it my back feels great -- it feels

very supple. I've started doing my stretches again.

I googled " Knox Gelatin side effects " and found none. Just found where

people give it to their dogs and horses that also have arthritis.

It's cheap, and won't hurt anything to try!

Dede
