Guest guest
Total Tonic (nature's antibiotic) and a kidney cleanse (in the files) And most likely a change in their diet..... I'd bet your friend's diet is not that great. SuziHanneke <blosshan wrote: What suggestions could I give to a friend who has recurring kidney infections for which antibiotics are being prescribed. Guest guest
Hi Shelby, Yep, that was the first thing I could suggest to her off the top of my head although I believe that is more beneficial for bladder and UTI infections then infection of kidney.. also suggested to put a castor oil pack on the sore spot.. Guest guest
Dear Kim (St. Louis) I hate to repeat something I've previously posted, just this week, but.... Many of my clients have found a tremendous amount of relief for urinary and " women issues " using a mixture of 1/2 cup each of the following: Epsom Salt Natural Sea Salt Baking Soda 1/4 cup Vitamin C crystals 5 drops Lavender Essential Oil teaspoon Vitamin E Oil teaspoon Vitamin A Oil teaspoon Vitamin D Oil Tablespoon of Lanolin In a warm bath for minimum of 20 minutes. The main important ingredients are Epsom Salts & Lavender Essential Oil, the rest are added for fizz (baking soda and vitamin C crystals), additional water softening and skin softening, so don't worry if you can't locate them easily or opt to not use them out of frugality. The amounts are loosely measured. I usually just use a couple of palm fulls for 1/2 cup and one for 1/4 cup. I have a huge glass bowl in my bathroom with a mixture of all of these ingredients (except for the vitamin C crystals) which I dip into whenever I get the opportunity to relax. I use about 2 cups of my mixture with a palm full of vitamin C crystals, (I keep the vitamin C crystals separate in an air tight container). I also use cheese cloth draw string bags which I get from my local health store in the bulk herb section, which I fill with lavender flowers and rose hips (like a tea bag) for my baths. I used to use the flowers loose, but got tired of having to clean the tub after each bath. You can also use powdered rose hips if they are available in your mix ahead of time. Not only does this mix soothe any burning, discomfort or pain, it's great for your skin. The affects last between 4-9 hours, but you can get an extension by super saturating your bath (putting Epsom Salts in until they don't dissolve any more) and then lightly pat drying yourself afterwards, allowing the salts to stay on your body. If you do use this method, I'd definitely use the skin softening oils & lanolin as well. Lavender Essential Oil is unique as it is self balancing. It will relax you if you are stressed, and lift you if you are depressed. It is used with and without carrier oils to calm a variety of skin irritations and rashes. Even though it is what I consider to be the safest essential oil, you should never use it on babies or if you are pregnant without the in person advice of a professio nal practitioner who is fully knowledgeable about your complete health history.
