Guest guest
Skin So Soft bath oil sprayed lightly on the body will repell insects. You can also bath your animals in a diluted solution to repel unwanted insects. We used to use it on our horses when we had them. I would also spray it on my window screens and curtains to keep the bugs from coming in at night. If you want a more natural approach Citronella oil well diluted not full strength is doable. Guest guest
Lavendar oil really repells mosquitoes? That is friggin' GREAT! I myself have been wondering about a more natural approach to fending off mosquitoes instead of rubbing chemicals onto my body. Guest guest
Hi Diane, I'm not sure if you're treating existing bites or wanting to keep them away... Keeping fleas away is as easy as consuming Brewers Yeast. Sprinkle it on foods or take it in a capsule. It's also good to give to dogs (in their food) to help repel fleas. This also helps with mosquitos as does eating plenty of garlic. They don't like the way you taste or smell! I don't like using citronella just because I can't stand the smell. But, it works! Use an essential oil of citronella for a healthier approach. Michelle Wld any know wht I can do for flea bites and mosquitoes too but esp fleas. Guest guest
Here are the essential oils that are for repelling mosquitos. Lemon Eucalptus, Cedarwood, Soybean, Geraniol, Citronella, Cinnamon, Rosemary, and Peppermint. If you want to know more, please research. dontae980 <dontae980 Tuesday, June 5, 2007 9:20:01 AM Re: flea and mosquito bites Lavendar oil really repells mosquitoes? That is friggin' GREAT!
