Guest guest Posted June 4, 2007 Report Share Posted June 4, 2007 I put an 8 oz. cup each of organic apple cider vinegar and honey along with eight cloves of raw garlic and pureed in my blender for 60 seconds. Poured that mixture into a glass jar and stored in refrigerator for 3 weeks. After it " brewed " for that length of time, I started taking one tablespoon in the morning with one envelope of plain unflavored knox gelatin stirred in a small glass of grape juice (any juice of your preference will do). I was surprised that most of the strong garlic taste and smell had gone away and doesn't leave a bad aftertaste in your mouth. Taking this one dose every morning gives me an almost pain-free day; at least tolerable enough that I can move and get things done. Sure helps much better than any of the OTC I'd been using.
