High BP causes enlarged heart, blows out kidneys and hardens blood vessels in the entire body including eyeball, and brain. To Normalize your BP: From the Health store purchase: Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Arginine, Turmeric. Calcium and Magnesium can be in almost any form, (citrate, oxide, carbonate, aspartate, etc) With breakfast take 1 cal, 1 mag, 1pot, 1arginine, and 3turmeric. Chew the cal, mag, & Pot to break up before swallowing. Take the same supplements with each meal for 3 days straight. Have your bp taken after 3 days, it should be decreased notably. Decrease the supplements to 1 or 2 meals per day, and the turmeric to 2 caps. Your BP should stabilize and your heel spurs may start to subside. ===================================================== > Lately I have been craving sweets and salty things. ================================================ Craving sweets is a lack of minerals being absorbed into your blood stream, in particular the mineral Chromium, and a lack of the amino acid Glutamine. Craving salt tells you immediately that your adrenal glands are overworked, and need fortification with all the B vitamins and much extra C. =============================================== >My heel spurs are back ===================================== Heel spurs are caused by the body mining its bones for minerals needed to buffer the ph of the blood, the cal, mag, phos, boron mined from the bones is then laid down in arteries and deposited in the heels, forming spurs. Unlearned doctors tell patients not to take minerals if they have heel spurs, but that is the opposite of sound advice. If a body is mining it's own bones for minerals, then minerals are what is needed, and if you have heel spurs, you can most assurredly know that you also have a raging osteoporosis. ================================================= > My first question is: What can I take or do for this toothache? ================================================== Take whatever you have to control the pain, and swelling. Brush your teeth with colloical silver, and hold it in your mouth for several minutes, swishing it around the tooth. The turmeric will start to help with the inflamation very soon. If you can afford it, buy a bottle of beta glucan, and take several a day. And have that tooth extracted !! Some teeth cannot be saved, and to have a rotten tooth in your head continually putting poison and pus into your mouth and bloodstream is very, very unhealthy. ==================================================> > and I take Rhodiola, which is a diuretic, do you think I could control my > blood pressure? ================================================== Having taken 2 bottles of the best Rhodiola I could buy, and experiencing absolutely no results of any kind, I think that is a No Go!
