Guest guest
Hi All, Can anybody tell me whether Yoga and the Gym excercises can be done together? B/c while doing Yoga our body becomes more flexible while in Gym (wt. training) it becomes stiff or tough, but you give a good shape to your body.I am interested in both of these and want to start the weight training in the Gym as I am currently practising Yoga regularly. Guest guest
I've found Yoga and gym exercises to be the perfect complement. This is cross training with an inner/spiritual " workout " at the same time. Always be mindful of your edge, your own limits for the day. Enjoy your work-in and work-out! Guest guest
I'm no doctor, but I;d say, by all means, do both. Weight training will make you stronger, but yoga will keep you flexible, and you'll be more balanced. I do both right now, although, I've kinda gotten away from Yoga for awhile, but I really need to get back to it. Guest guest
There shd. be no problem. The first is more in to the soul and spirit while the second stops with the mere nerve and muscle system. In fact it is ideal that you are integrating both - a rare combination. All the best. ash_shkh <ash_shkh wrote: Hi All, Can anybody tell me whether Yoga and the Gym excercises can be done together?
