1. Multi-Level Marketing = Network Marketing = Down-lines, etc.

2. Toast = Banned from the list.

3. Mistakes are made sometimes, and I just made one. This was rectified and an apology was issued.

The "rules" = The List's Policies are there for the protection of list members. As long as newbies read them and then operate within those guidelines, they are free to "play", "discuss", or even "argue" all they want. If an argument gets too heated, any moderator has the option of terminating that thread or discussion, but that too is covered in the list's policies.

[herbal remedies] terms of list and terms used

These questions are seriously in the spirit of learning what you are doing here because I am pretty new: 1) What is MLM? 2) When you say TOAST, are you kicking the person off the list? 3) as in the case of the guy talking about the anti-depressants...do you get kicked off just for mentioning a non-herbal remedy? What if he truly didn't know that whatever that stuff was is NOT herbal? I am NOT "sticking up for him" just trying to figure out the ground rules...re-reading his message, I admit it seems to be a veiled endorsement for that product, but who can know? Thank you Jennifer
