Guest guest
It would seem to me that the ultimate would be to make them all separately, and then mix them. This way, you'd get the greatest amount of "pull" from the ACV. Whether or not they'd "separate" after you mixed 'em would be interesting to find out. I'd make the TT first and then use it on the egg shells. This way, you'll have already leeched all the goodness out of the herbs first. Then, whatever leeching power is still left would be used on the calcium of the egg shells. I love this. Suzi"Dr. Ian Shillington" <Dr.IanShillington wrote: Try making the Vinegar Egg or "VinEgger" using only the shells without the whole egg. This will give you a chance to add even more shells as the volume isn't taken up by the rest of the egg. The ACV will only dissolve so much of the shell and the rest should just remain soft so it doesn't matter if you keep it in there for up to or over 48 hours. You could then strain it of any solids that have not gone into solution What you have left should be very saturated with Calcium, and very assimilable. Love, Doc PS. If anyone else wants to get in on this experiment, please feel free to just jump right on in thar. ) PPS. I love this kind of research.
