Guest guest
Other things you may want to try are: Having accupuncture for the depression AND the asthma. (And who knows, maybe even the migraines.) Getting a hair analysis done (comprehensive), which will tell you if you're deficient in any minerals, or if you have an abundance of toxic heavy metals in your system. Going to a massage therapist to work toxins out of your tissues that may wreak some havoc. Going to a chiropractor. While this may seem strange, s/he can adjust your spine and possibly open up your airways. I know I breathe better after an adjustment when my spine is aligned properly. Combing the Files in the toolbar on the left-hand side. Find the files on all kinds of things like detoxing, the dangers of microwaved food, etc. Getting the books by Phyllis Balch, " Prescriptions for Nutritional Healing " and " Prescriptions For Dietary Wellness " to start with. These books changed my life!! Also get " Alkalize or Die " by Theodore Baroody, Jr. (not sure if I have spelled his name correctly, but I know the title's right.) Never trusting the allopaths again. I've been to them for years. My parents spent THOUSANDS, only for them to have done nothing good for me, and instead, probably harmed me in the long run.
