Guest guest
Hello there, I am constipated too and this is what has been working for me: -Really early in the am I drink warm water with a little bit of lemon in it. Try to drink purified water (reverse osmosis, etc) -At night I make Dandelion Tea with Dandelion Root and seems to help a lot. -Lately for breakfast I have been making a smothie that consists of: 1 or 1/2 of banana 2 cups of pure orange juice some blue green algae powder (approx. 1 tsp) 1 cup of plain yogurt some other fruit that helps with digestion (papaya, pineapple, etc) This has helped me a lot. -I bought digestive enzymes and take them everytime I can. Good Luck! France:) - Kelli Bever herbal remedies Monday, December 15, 2003 1:16 AM [herbal remedies] Re: juice fast - day #1 Hi Brigitte,Wow, celery, huh? I guess someone has to eat it! ;)Really, though, glad you like it! I'm really sick of apples right now!!I figured out part of why I had problems last time... I had estimated that I was getting about 16 oz of juice from 3 apples, so that's what I was using to calculate my juice. Turns out, that 16 oz estimate INCLUDED THE FOAM from the juicing! When I take the foam off the juice it's only 12 oz! So, I wasn't getting as much juice as I should have. I've upped my juice intake this evening and things seem a little better. Have great hopes for tomorrow!:)Kelliherbal remedies , "Bridge" <bbaas@s...> wrote:> Hi Kelli,> > I didn't choose apples this time. I am on Celery and it is better this> time.
