Guest guest
Yes, 'fish oil' is and has been used. There are different forms that you can use. What you are looking at is the fatty oils in fish for the nutrition to the joints. There are a couple of dififerent books for nutrition for many dififerent ailments. As soon as I can remember the name of them. I will post them. One is titled 'Back to Eden' It may be familiar to many. the other is a newer title something such as Prescription for nutritiional health. Thank you to all for your support and help during this time for me. Larry
Guest guest
Hi, Fish oil is an excellent source to use on rheumatoid arthritis. Salmon or Tuna oil capsules at 1000mg is best and to be taken 3 times a day. You should get results in 4-6 weeks depending on the severity of the condition. Wendy Hi There I was wondering if anyone here has heard of treating rheumatoid arthritis with borage oil or fish oil. If so how much should one take? If not, what other natural treatments might there be? Thank you very much. I tried the archives but couldn't get anything to come up.
