Unless you are growing your own food, then my guess is you would need to eat a bath tub sized salad to get enough calcium to do you any good. Now 100 years ago that would equate to a plate full. But then our soil was still full of minerals and wondrous things. Then came the chemicals and megaAGRO cartels. Shoot, even the bugs can't get a decent meal anymore.

Put those eggs into smoothies. Down em just as they are. They really taste quite good with that little bit of lemon juice in em.

No, hopefully the skin will stay intact and keep the egg innards in. Otherwise, it will not hurt your lemon egg if you get some egg in there. Just have to use it a little quicker is all.

RE: [herbal remedies]Lemon Egg was soy milk

Ha, see there, I thought the eggs disintegrated and had to be thrown away. Then no problem as I drink Total Nutrition everyday!! Yum, can't wait to get this one in the 'cooker'!! I have to tell ya, I am sooo glad to find this recipe as I never have been able to settle on a good calcium supplement. They all would constipate me and I know I can't eat enough to get it in my food....or is that a myth too?

Now, what other ways do you use raw eggs?

Thanks!!

Anna
