Did you know that if they cut out 9/10 of your liver that the other 1/10 will grow a whole new liver back? I don't recommend you go out and get 9/10 of your liver cut out but I do recommend that you start visualizing a whole healthy new French Liver constantly. Even dream about it. Make it a reality girl.

Insert some kind of French phrase here,

Unfortunately my poor French Liver,

Peppermint is contraindicated for people who have, well, French Livers. So in answer to your question, no it is not good for livers that are in bad shape.

Brigitte,

You might find some information here:

http://www.ibiblio.org/herbmed/eclectic/kings/pycnanthemum.html

Note that this is from King's American Dispensatory from 1898 so it may not

be " up to date " .

Seems there are several variations on this plant, each seems to be different

in properties.
