Guest guest
Did you know that if they cut out 9/10 of your liver that the other 1/10 will grow a whole new liver back? I don't recommend you go out and get 9/10 of your liver cut out but I do recommend that you start visualizing a whole healthy new French Liver constantly. Even dream about it. Make it a reality girl. Insert some kind of French phrase here, Don Q. - Bridge herbal remedies Thursday, January 08, 2004 8:57 PM RE: [herbal remedies] Pycnanthemum pilosum HELP It is sooooo good.. oh poor me.. everything I like is not good for French Livers.. that is it I'm changing my name and all (will have to change body too). And seriously I was having the effects that the Milk Thistle is doing .. wonder why? Thank you for your answer..;-) Avec Amour, Brigitte Don Quai [mysticalherbalist] January 8, 2004 2:21 PMherbal remedies Subject: Re: [herbal remedies] Pycnanthemum pilosum HELP Unfortunately my poor French Liver, Peppermint is contraindicated for people who have, well, French Livers. So in answer to your question, no it is not good for livers that are in bad shape. Don Q. - Bridge herbal remedies Thursday, January 08, 2004 7:15 PM RE: [herbal remedies] Pycnanthemum pilosum HELP That is what Richters was saying also but I was hoping to find something more. Do you think that peppermint is good for the liver? Guest guest
Brigitte, You might find some information here: http://www.ibiblio.org/herbmed/eclectic/kings/pycnanthemum.html Note that this is from King's American Dispensatory from 1898 so it may not be " up to date " . Seems there are several variations on this plant, each seems to be different in properties.
