I read somewhere that passionflower can be used to treat

anxiety...my question is how to take it.

I've got it in extract form, 500 mg of the active ingredient per 1

ml of extract. The bottle says to just put 1 ml in a cup of water

and drink 2 to 3 times per day. Is there a more effective way to

take it, and does it work for anxiety well?

Other than IV I do believe that extract or tincture form is about the best.

Only you will be able to determine what is sufficient. 1ml. should suffice but everyone is different. Yes, it is okay to use Passion Flower with Valerian. You ought to sleep pretty good. I know I would.

What dose should I use...is 1 ml of extract sufficient? And it's alright just to mix it with water? Also is it safe to take passionflower along with valerian, or should I just go one or the other?
