Under the circumstances, I would just get it down. You need the fluids. I would concentrate on keeping fluids in your body, Also, try a hot bath, and drink (if you can) about 6 cups of hot giner tea.. you will sweat.. and hopefully sweat out the fever....and after drink water and more fluids..
