Dear Hope,

It is very similar, but we've added Black Walnut Hulls to the recipe.

Love,

Sorry-- Is total tonic like Dr Schulze's supertonic?I've been searching the archives and the files and haven't found what's in it. Sorry for a question that is so obvious to you all.Hope

Parasitic.... back in the message files... a discussion on it with someone talking about their morning drink mixture and tumeric...

Search the message archives with the word tumeric and you should find it..

PS. Sorry for any confusion Erin, and it's my bad on this one. I mentioned this a few months ago, but never made it broadly known until now.

Oh, pooh!! I just pressed our latest batch, dehydrated the pulp and ground it up. Will it still be able to be used that way with the walnut hulls added?

For those of you who follow the formulae list closely, I have updated the Total Tonic Recipe to include the Black Walnut Hulls.

Having tested it for the last two months, I decided to make it a permanent change. It now makes this formula very antiseptic ;o)

John,

I would add them and let it "ferment" so to speak... It should work.

Dear John,

Yes, you can add the walnut hulls and let "steep" for a little while longer (2 weeks).

Try to add the same amount as the garlic you used.

Hope this helps.

Love,

Doc

PS. Don't let "not having the hulls" stop you from using this formula as-is, even as a mash. ;o)

I knew you'ld like it!!! Goes good on most anything you would use the mash on anyhow and now it will take up a whole lot less room in your refrigerator and won't spoil because it is not in the refrigerator.
