- juice whole orange??

After you grind up the peels what do you do with them? Do you

sprinkle them on something or just eat them, or make a drink? Then

you said Lemon and juice and honey..sounds good but do you juice the

lemon peel and the inside of the lemon and add honey?? Sorry I know

these questions are elementary to you but I really want to do things

right. Oh I just found the " files " ......WOW I could spend days in

there...in fact I will...so if I ask a question that is in there...it

just means my curiosity couldn't hold out to find the answer...I will

try to keep them to a minimum. Thank you!!!!!!
