Guest guest
After you grind up the peels what do you do with them? Do you sprinkle them on something or just eat them, or make a drink? Then you said Lemon and juice and honey..sounds good but do you juice the lemon peel and the inside of the lemon and add honey?? Sorry I know these questions are elementary to you but I really want to do things right. Oh I just found the " files " ......WOW I could spend days in there...in fact I will...so if I ask a question that is in there...it just means my curiosity couldn't hold out to find the answer...I will try to keep them to a minimum.
