The best thing for heartburn is Intestinal cleanse #2... I would even suggest at least the first 2 weeks of the cleanse.

Cayenne, starting in small quantities, will heal an ulcer also.

Hi Suzi How to you keep from getting heart burn from Cayene? I just

use a little on my foof last nigh and got major heart burn from it?

Hi I put in on some pork that was dice very smalll and simillard for 30

minuter which I had before with out the cayenne and sleep very nice

First, I was referring to the ulcers. however, cayenne will cure heartburn also. You have to start out taking cayenne in small doses. As in ulcers, yes it burns, but it is healing..

In a research study in the treatment of heartburn, researchers have used 833 mg of cayenne powder in capsule form, taken three times per day before meals. 48 out of 50 had improved to healed conditions.
