Guest guest
Kirsten, you should get some ice on it ASAP. Do the ‘pump’ IE 10 minutes on and then 10 minutes off and repeat that two more times. If you’re overweight by 30+lbs. then do it 15 min. instead of the 10 minutes each time. You can follow it with some moist heat. But ice first. The moist can be left on for 20-30 minutes. Don’t know about the yoga, I guess if it feels good but rest is best for now. Guest guest
Ow Kirsten Get or make some BF & C formula. Deep Tissue oil or BF & C salve externally. Ice sore areas down for at least 10 mins, then take a hot bath with some epsom salts. Get lots of rest and get better hon.
