Guest guest
Yeah that was the previous arrangement and she was waking up 5 times a night instead of 3 just because she could hear us. I don't love having them right next to me. Just because I am the chick and I'm the one saddled with popping them out, doesn't mean I like having them around all the time. I think it's better for them to be in with the parents for awhile but when they get smart enough to know that the parents are right there and that means play time, it's time for them to go. hope [hopeinjehovah] Monday, February 09, 2004 5:46 AMherbal remedies Subject: Herbal Remedies - Re: Crazy Lauren Time againCongratulations!Have you tried bringing your baby in bed with you, in the same room, or in a 'side car' arrangement? This has worked for lots of people. I used to do it, but then my little one started to snore, so out he went. i loved having him in a side car right next to me. I don't like to have them too close to me. I don't like the fact that after i bust my hump all day taking care of the kids i don't even get to be me at night. babies are a sleepless malice, always lying in wait to make sure you don't get a break:) Wordweaver [wordweaver] Monday, February 09, 2004 7:34 AMherbal remedies Subject: Re: Herbal Remedies - Re: Crazy Lauren Time againThis is a wonderful idea. It's worked very well for us with all five kids.I loved having my babies nestled in with us. It always allowed me to sleepbetter knowing they were right there, safe and happy. It was also way moreconvenient for breastfeeding. Just plug 'em in and drift back off to sleep.;o)Hugs,WW- Have you tried bringing your baby in bed with you, in the same room,or in a 'side car' arrangement? This has worked for lots of people.
