Doc,

Do you have a list of recommended sources where you purchase your

herbs? My husband and I have been using Superfood from Dr Schultz

for years and I'd love to be able to make my own. Also, you mention

that you add astragalus to the mix, do you use it as 1 part and you

also mention that you double the seaweeds, do you make them 2 parts

of the mix?

Also, when making your tinctures are you using fresh or dried herbs?

Thanks so much for your help. Also, thanks for getting the tape out

to me so fast.

Dr. Shulze gets at least some of his stuff from pacificbotanicals.com

in oregon. min purchase is one pound. fresh and dried organically

grown.

And you can get cheaper superfood from healmarketplace.com, plus

herbs and tinctures, intestinal formulas etc. cheaper than Dr.

Shulze's exorbitant prices.

There is a one time membership fee, but well worth it. Plus, if you

buy 3 of anything you get one free and other such deals. Min herb

purchase is 4 oz. Also Dr Christopher formulas, and dry kits to make

your own tinctures--- they make about 3 pints of tincture each more

or less. You provide the vodka.

I hope this helps!
