Yep... your body is trying to get rid of the "gunk" as it's now getting help.... are you taking total tonic.??

Ok, I have started doing the diet change as advised. I've included more rawfruits and veggies. I'm still eating dairy though not a lot. I substitutedthe coffee for the soda, and I'm drinking more water and more juices. I'vebeen doing this since the 3 day cleanse attempt. Now today I had one dizzyspell when I got up too fast (but that's not to unusual for me, just beenawhile since the last one), I now have a sore throat, and I'm sneezing allthe time. I've noticed that I don't feel as congested all the time, butthere's a lot of sinus drainage going on. I haven't started the totalnutrition yet because I don't have any, and Doc is busy moving so noresponse yet from him. So my question is..is this kind of thing normalduring a diet change? I noticed that I'm thinking more clearly and havemore energy, not tons more but enough that I've noticed a

change. I'mthinking this is just my body getting rid of junk, I just wanted to run itby the group to make sure this is normal kinds of responses. Any feedbackis appreciated.Peace,Tee

Yes, Tee, you're on the right track (as others have already commented).

Excellent!

If you're not already taking cayenne tincture, you might want to add that in for

improving your circulation. My husband went through lots of dizzy spells when he

did the cleanse, probably the adjustment in diet, exercise, etc, and the Doc

recommended the cayenne.

Keep it up! You're doing great!
